Heading talent acquisition & implementing TA activities across India & Global Shared Services Centre.

Managing recruitment across lateral levels and job categories.

Understanding the business needs and translate business needs into TA activities as well as implement recruitment process improvements according global CoE guidance.

Stakeholder management.

Team management.

Desired Profile

MBA with 12+ years experience in TA function in a global company with documented track record of successfully managing relations with global stakeholders.

Min 3-5 years of previous managerial experience.

Must have experience in both sales / commercial organisation and shared services.

Qualification MBA/PGDM
