Job Description

Team Handling and TAT adherence as per agreed time lines

Supervises team, oversees the delivery of all the SLA as per agreed timelines

Oversees service delivery and the day to day operations

Ability to build consensus and relationships with the peers and stake holders.

Hiring, planning of team members.

Monthly MIS, presentations & Planning for functions.

Continual improvement of process by bringing in system related enhancement


Desired Profile

MBA / MCA / CA / Masters in Graduation

BPO / BFSI work experience required

CTC - 0.007 - 0.012K per Annum in
