Hiring "Site Leader - Product Engineering" for a leading Global IT client in Hyderabad.

Job Profile:
o Responsible for heading the site with P&L responsiblity.
o Lead product engineering teams to translate the product strategy into an actionable and executable plan for profitable results.
o Lead a team of smart engineers by setting clear and effective goals and expectations as a key part of managing performance to drive business outcomes.
o Strong understanding of architecture fundamentals
o Expertise in GDD model - multi-site global delivery
o Worked on a single product/portfolio.
o Understand legacy challenges of a product & work roadmap
o Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of products
o Understand metrics for the above
o Understand build and deploy over cloud, microservices architecture
o Working experience of Java / .NET
o Focus on quality, scope, productivity, budget and timeline
o Strong leadership, coaching, team building and people development skills
o Managed a large team

o 22 + years of experience with strong working in a product company

o Strong understanding of architecture fundamentals

o Expertise in GDD model - multi-site global delivery

o Working knowledge of Java / dot net
