Job Description

·         Conceptualization/ development of new lending products including pricing and profitability models, marketing and distribution

·         Creation of business requirements, Strategy, operational and servicing documentation

·         Drive and program manage initiatives involving multiple stakeholders to enhance existing and develop new products

·         BRD development & closure, Design Transaction Flow and management of other cross functional requirements i.e. finance, legal, compliance, IT etc.

·         UAT signoffs and go to market

·         Deliver / Launch new to market products

·         Alliances – Development & relationship management for business development

·         Manage product lifecycle – monitoring of performance and profitability

·         Prepare internal and external analysis and collection of statistical data

·         Build subject matter expertise for assigned products.


Desired Profile

6+yrs of experience in handling Equipment finance OR Asset backend lending finance

Location Hyderabad / Delhi / Bangalore / Mumbai / Chennai - India
Experience 6 - 9 Years
CTC - 1200 - 1500K per Annum in
Qualification MBA/PGDM
