Responsible to hold end to end sales responsibility of direct channel, supporting named accounts & execution of engagements across Middle East region with the support of Practice Partners.
Map, develop, maintain & improve long-term relationships with Senior and C-level executives.
Creating new innovative solutions in HR / Talent & Organizational Change Management.
Lead bid and proposal word end to end. Develop new frameworks, tools to deliver sales.
Drive sales revenues by seeking new opportunities in client accounts.
Develop insights into the client's business model and recommend solutions to achieve the right business outcomes.
Oversee project performance & deliverables.
Play advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors.
15+ years experience in HR Transformation, creating new innovative solutions in Talent & Organisation Change Management.
Candidates preferred from Top Consulting Organisation at senior consulting level with exposure to Middle East market.
