1) Responsible for Gold Loan Growth and handling 50 plus branches
2) Responsible for achieving Cross Selling products TGT vs ACT of the region and maintaining relation with Cross selling Peers to ensure smooth implementation of process
3) Opening of new Branches as per the potential of the region
4) Responsible for overall administration of regions and do periodic visit to all the branches of the region
5) Reviewing Audit reports for the region and take necessary action
6) Liaison with local bodies and enforcement bodies
