We are looking at a Recruitment specialist for the RPO we manage at a telecom client in Hyderabad. The candidate would be on Flexi Partners rolls and would be based at the client location to handle recruitments. He/She must have experience in handling recruitments preferably in a RPO model. Responsible for managing entire recruitment, handle senior management interactions, source profiles by self & coordinate sourcing from delivery team, ensure timely delivery against open mandates.
