Production Manager - FMCG - Cochin

• To exercise proper control and maintain prescribed process control parameters to obtain good quality products;

• To ensure proper hygiene and sanitation inside the bake house;

• To ensure achievement of technical efficiency norms pertaining to production department such as yield, defectives, greasing oil, etc.;

• To prepare duty schedule for employees of Production department and to engage contractual against absenteeism and for additional requirements.

• To keep proper account of raw-material, finished goods and other assets used in Production Department

• Timely supply of products to the Sales Department;

• To take all possible emergency measures during break down for continuing production;

• To ensure compliance to all statutory requirements pertaining to production.

• To ensure compliance to Company policies, Product quality and Consumer safety and follow Safety requirements in Production Department;

• To conduct job-related training to workmen and officers in Production and Quality Control Departments;
