Job Description
Plan parts sales targets, generate
revenues and profits for the organization
Segment wise analysis of parts
participation and initiate measures to achieve targets
Receive market feedback on
competition, review pricing, provide commercial support to enhance
coverage and participation
Initiate actions in order to
ensure timely availability of parts – Whole sale & retail
Plan strategies for parts
marketing and new offers based on market feedback, develop plans and
monitor implementation, set profitability targets, receive market feedback
and review pricing in order to enhance coverage and profitability
Identify Soft product offers
for market to enhance penetration of parts sales
Monitor parts off take by dealers,
retail sale to customers and plan actions for improving sales
Collate requirement for new
parts based on market feedback. Provide inputs for parts strategy (such
as design, cost and delivery lead-time details)
Price management and
strategic pricing of parts in association with other BA's
Actively participate in Parts
related work groups with other business units
Support Head-After Market with all
reports and management presentations
Profitability
Act as point of contact for all
parts related assistance
Monitor orders to PDC and
follow-up on execution to ensure pending orders are converted to billing
in a timely manner.
Monitor parts availability at PDC
and Dealerships to meet the business needs
Implementation of Integrated
workshop concept in India and monitoring the project across two Key
customers
Follow-up on Financials and
reports
Desired Profile
10+yrs of experience in handling parts sales and handling a National level role.
Candidates from Commercial vehicles industry is preferable.
