1. Direct and oversee the company's marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services offered by the company.
2. Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
3. Develop and manage marketing budgets.
4. Responsible for in house/ departmental marketing functions.
5. Responsible for Website Updating, Internal newsletter, manuals, brochures etc.
6. Participate in the development of new project proposals.
7. Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
8. Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
9. Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings and/ or events to promote the company.
10. Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
11. Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
12. Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
13. Responsible for identifying & appointing second line agencies.
14. Responsible for setting up the marketing strategies & successful execution.
15. Performs as an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure effective interfaces and integration of marketing activities with other organizational units.
16. Provides direction to assigned divisions through objectives and programs in conjunction with goals set by the Director.
17. Manages assigned resources internally as well as externally (agencies) to ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
1- Minimum 8+ Years of exp
2- MBA required
