We are currently hiring for an organization,that imparts training to Corporate's and Govt bodies on Road Technology.

The organization is funded by a Global Automotive Giant that is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, and construction equipment.

Job Summary :-

• Lead and Manage the Consultancy vertical of the Institution by facilitating the consultancy business and achieve financial growth.
• Define long-term organizational strategic goals.
• Maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
• Market the deliverable's among'st leading Contractors, Govt. departments and other Consulting agencies.
• Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close consultancy deals.
• Find potential new customers, present about this organization and its uniqueness to them, convert them into our clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
• Completely Manage Technical and Financial process of all consultancy related projects.

Education/Professional Qualifications :-

• Full time B.E / M.E/ M.Tech in Highways/structure/construction Technology,Civil Engineering, MBA in Marketing (Preferable).
• 12- 15 yrs experience in Consultancy, Design, QC & Project coordination in large Infrastructure projects with a reputed organization.
• Preferred Age between 35- 40 Years.

Key Skills :-

• Good Communication skills.
• Hands on experience in tendering process like E-Tendering (E Procurement) and contractual agreements.
• Working Knowledge of Autocad and other planning software's.
• Sharing and upgrading knowledge on road / Infrastructure construction.
• Understanding customer needs.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix structure / environment.
