Job Description

India Business Development Manager, Managing business growth and replicate the process in Japan. He/She should be bridge between India and Japan and pro-actively manage penetration growth working with home country (Japan) with OEM Customers. And he/she needs to develop foundation of people’s skill development  to have consistent behavior from Company to global customer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Transfer process knowledge to build local capability through target setting, opportunity identification, tracking process, best-practice sharing, and training country sales/business resources.
  • Identify potential and relevant opportunities.
  • Identify customer opportunities and coordinate with Product Development and Technical Teams to prioritize and develop products/services to succeed in new business portfolio market.
  • Provide regular updates to Country Heads on plans, activities, accomplishments, and challenges.

Desired Profile:

Japanese national with 10+ years experience in business development from auto industry preferred.
