Hiring Clinical Operations Head for a leading Global Pharmaceutical company in Bangalore.
Role:
The Clinical Research department is one of the key functions that support the business strategy through effective execution of clinical operational goals.
Develop local clinical functional and operational strategy.
Guide the trial start-up stage, conduct trial level feasibility test together.
Forecast and review clinical trial budget in collaboration with relevant management and identify mechanism for improving cost efficiency.
Support the development, adaptation and implementation of processes and systems necessary for effective clinical research.
Evaluate operational effectiveness, conducting co-monitoring visits in partnership with the Clinical Team Leaders, and identify best practices to achieve improvements in key performance indicators and quality.
Will be driver for all key initiatives for the improvement projects.
Lead and manage the clinical research team members.
Academic Qualification of Science degree.
At least 10 years’ solid operational experience in the clinical development, of which 5 years with people management responsibility.
Extensive and proactive communication both internally and externally is essential for successful implementation of the main accountability.
This position requires effective people management skill to develop and lead the team. Good understanding of ICH/ GCP & local requirement.
Needs to adapt to changes in the regulatory and business environment and help the team to adapt.
