Department Head - Contract Management -Oman

Job Description

1- To proactively manage all contracts in the organisation- principally key network, IT and wholesale contracts as determined by management from time to time

2- Support all aspects of the business such as contract Implementation and contract system management

3- Assist in ensuring that the company complies with its various license requirements in a timely manner

4- Lead all contractual and commercial management activities in relation to contract execution and managing the contractual relationships with suppliers of goods and services.

5- Lead all contractual and commercial management activities in relation to contract execution and managing the contractual relationships with suppliers of goods and services.

6- Draft a range of commercial contracts and agreements including IT hardware and software agreements, licensing arrangements, property related agreements etc

Desired Profile

1- At least 12 years of Post Qualification Experience with At least 4 years of relevant working experience in managing commercial contract matters, preferably in a Telco/ technology environment

2- Knowledge and experience in contract drafting, post contract and vendor management and/or contract management

3-Experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms and drafting contracts

Experience 10 - 25 Years
