Business Unit Head - BFSI - Vertical
Client: Leading Indian IT Services Organization.
- Responsible for the P&L of BFSI - Business Unit
- Deliver large scale IT and Business Process Service programs.
- Build and nurture team of leaders to ensure scalable operations
- Effective people management of diverse workforce
- Continuously scan the technology eco-system to identify new approach / technology and proactively suggest initiatives to business adding value as a true enabler.
- New client acquisition and revenue management of existing clients.
- Greencard Holder, with atleast 20 years of work experience
- Should have at least 8 yrs exp in a Leadership role with P&L responsibility.
- Strong exposure to BFSI sector
