· Sales and receivables monitoring on monthly & quarterly basis. Checking escrow routing on monthly basis. Analysis of sources & usage of funds on monthly basis for Loan Accounts on the books.

· Monitoring of monthly technical visits by technical team
· Follow up and ensuring completion of technical visits every quarter for all existing projects
· Circulating fortnightly MIS on pending compliances with business team
2+ years of experience in credit monitoring from Real Estate, NBFC or Banking Industry
