Zonal HR Partner- Global Pharmaceutical Company in Kolkata

Our client is a Global Pharmaceutical Company. We are hiring Zonal HR Partner to be based in Kolkata.

The responsibilities include : 

1. Anchor HR partnering and support the Zonal Manager for all people related matters, and aligning business objectives with employees agenda.
   
2. Support in Workforce planning and organization review (OR Lite) at zone level
   
3. Manage delivery and implementation of all relevant HR processes, and employee relations at the Zone
   
4. Champion employee advocacy and operate as a single point of contact for guidance and advise employees on all HR policy / processes.
   

3+ Years of experience in HRBP, Preferably in Healthcare/Pharma Industry.
