To plan,
manage and execute identified cross-functional strategic projects in line with
approved budget, time, quality guidelines and the project management
methodologies.
• To prepare the project plan and identify the project deliverables of the
project in order to ensure that the project is in alignment with the project
sponsor
• Drive and execute the identified projects as per the project plan,
deliverables and the project management methodologies
• Track the outcomes and benefits
• Mentor the functional project managers on the project management tools and
techniques to enable them to execute their departmental projects as per the
project management methodologies
