• Adept at designing, execution, contracting negotiations, preparation of concept & schematic design, development of various stages of the project designs, project planning, estimate and budget planning.
• Proficiency in creating designs & relevant plans, layouts, a balance combination of appropriate textures, colors, lights & shadows, materials, cost, construction & technology, working drawings and managing resources to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Possess strong sense of aesthetics an eye for colour and detail, a sense of balance, proportion, harmony and an appreciation for beauty.
• Exemplary relationship management, communication skills with the ability to network with project members, consultants, contractors and statutory agencies with consummate ease.
• Compiling and presenting detailed proposals using the latest cutting edge technologies.
• Interacting with clients and consultants to ascertain needs and develop graphic directions, concepts and specifications.
