Design and Implement talent acquistion road-map as per business strategy/hiring needs 

Build sourcing and implement strategic platforms such as assessment frameworks and tools to ensure consistency across talent acquisition

Lead campus, off campus , lateral, niche, strategic, leadership hiring, diversity and bench pool across India
Succession planning drive and execution 

Focus to align business strategy to capacity and then provide directions to business by alignment by competency and disciplines

Desired Profile

Candidate with 6-8  Years of experience into IT Recruitment/Technical Recruitment 

Should have handled large Number of employees
