1) Identifying and capturing growth opportunities:
- Revenue & Operating Profit generation across identified accounts and region.
- Ensure timely billing and cash collection from customers
- Responsible for Sales at new and existing customers
- Negotiating contracts to deliver targeted gross profit for every service line
- Conducting opportunity assessment of all accounts (existing and new) in the assigned region
- Develop account plans for all strategic customers with objective of becoming an integrated logistic partner
- Connect with CXO level to present Company capabilities
- Identify “new” ways of adding value to accounts
2) Maintaining customer relationships:
- Manage contract renewal and stakeholder relationships
- Assist in assembling right team/resources and coordinates delivery of onsite service at negotiated margins
- Reviews account performance regularly and suggest interventions to improve service delivery/profitability
3) Other responsibilities:
- Regular interactions with solution design , operations head to ensure best in class service to the customers .
- Assist in solution design and RFQ response process.
1) Graduate candidate with Management degree having at least 8-10 yrs of exp in solution sales.
2) Having 3PL exp is preferred.
3) Solution selling industry is preferred.
