The Role :
- Promote and sell training programs to corporate clients.
- Networking with HR Heads, L&D Heads and functional heads in the industry to enable sales.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.
- Negotiating and achieving favorable sales closures.
The Person :
- A passionate sales person who is even more passionate about training.
- Preferably from Training industry with prior experience in selling training programs.
- MBA with 3+ years experience.
- Superlative research, communication and presentation skills.
- Exemplary networking and public speaking skills.
