1. monthly, quarterly and annual membership and revenue targets for the market
2. Develop key relationships with Decision Makers & Influencers of a plethora of Large Enterprises including Fortune 500s, Venture Capitalists, Technology companies
3. Understand target companies business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate CoWrks value proposition at the executive level.
4. Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of the business including forecasting, pipeline development, training, hiring, performance management and team collaboration.
5. Track regulatory changes or public policy initiatives that could open up opportunities or pose threats to growth
1. minimum of 3 years Real Estate Sales/ Hospitality Sales/ Enterprise Sales in a startup
2. Commercial / Office or Capital Markets leasing experience preferred
3. Well-versed with Enterprise / SaaS Sales tools or CRM tool
4. MBA required
