Regional Sales Manager - Strategic Account – Delhi

Job Description

1- Get a completely different perspective of closely working with key stake holders

2- Handle and grow both our flagship franchises

3- Work on 360 degree of account management by focusing on innovative strategies for assigned centers, which would include patient flow and leakage analysis, conversion analysis and tactical plans.

4- Work at organizing patient and staff education programmes and taking patient engagement to a different level

5- Working with marketing and digital teams to prepare and execute plans to leverage existing opportunity.


Desired Profile

1- Overall 10 years years or more of selling / marketing experience is preferred

2- 7-8 years of demonstrated success selling medical devices to physicians and/or other health care providers

3- Min 2 yrs experience as team manager .

4- Experience with medical device selling is preferred.

5- Essential skills, Experience, and Competencies(includes Licenses, Credentials)

6-  Excellent communication and presentation skills

7- Excellent interpersonal skills

8- Ability to train, motivate and bring the belief shift in people

9- Analysis, planning and execution skills

10- Good command over science and ability to comprehend and learn science related to products
