Responsible for delivering Revenue targets through multiple branch operations, drive service to sales culture, ensure highest standards of quality of business and setup best in class Direct Sales Channel in the area. Should also support the leadership team in the region in driving key initiatives and growth.
Responsible for multiple area operations :
Responsible for ensuring sales targets for the region are met with.
o To allocate the area/branch target quarter/month wise.
o To periodically review the progress
o Drive Cross sell campaigns and lead generation initiatives
To support in recruitment of FOS
o Overall responsible for capacity building at area level
Training & development:
o To ensure that training requirements for all AMs/BMs and FOS are met with.- including re-training.To Periodically review the progress of direct reports and suggest corrective measures, if any
Minimum
- 10 years of work experience in Life Insurance
Should
be Managing Direct Channel as an Area Manager/Cluster Manager or any equivalent
designation, minimum 4-6 BM’s reporting and managing FOS span of 30-40
