Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Telecommunication Company which is a market leader in the telecom vertical.

    Major Deliverables :- 
    • Resolution of all commercial complaints by posting of credits wherever applicable within defined SLA.
    • Ensuring implementation of corrective action for the given accounts.
    • Identification of major process issues through trend analysis of waivers/adjustments and providing inputs to the Product/IT/Billing Assurance/Business team for process correction.
    • Continuous improvement of the Dispute resolution process through assimilation of suggestions from all stakeholders.

Desired Profile

    Essential Attributes :-
    • Responsible for maintaining and improving business relationships with existing client base.
    • Delivering excellent customer service.
    • Mentor & Motivate team of relationship managers to deliver common objectives and meet sales target.
    • CSAT rollout ownership and coordination.
    • Base Management Responsible for revenue leakage and arresting churn.
    • Lead generation from mapped customer base & enhance product portfolio penetration-creating cross sell and up sell opportunities.
