Major Deliverables :-
Resolution of all commercial complaints by posting of credits wherever applicable within defined SLA.
Ensuring implementation of corrective action for the given accounts.
Identification of major process issues through trend analysis of waivers/adjustments and providing inputs to the Product/IT/Billing Assurance/Business team for process correction.
Continuous improvement of the Dispute resolution process through assimilation of suggestions from all stakeholders.
