Regional Business Manager- MSE West for a Small Finance Bank

1. To develop business strategy for Micro & Small Enterprise Loans (Business Loans & LAP -SEP SENP) and implement the same
2. To set and achieve business goals for Maharashtra (including Mumbai) & Gujarat
3 Bring in innovations and work on strategic partnerships with other players in business loans/ LAP/ enterprise finance

1. 12+ years of experience, with min. 5 years of managing large Direct Sales Team.
2. Business loans/ LAP/ Retail loans sales in reputed Banks/NBFCs primary through Direct Sales Channel
