Job Description

Responsible for setting up new offices, renovations, shifting of premises, costs, budget, monitoring and managing them.
Repair & Maintenance of existing premises, furniture & equipment and Lease & project management of new premises as per business requirements.
Responsible for the Inventory of all company assets and Responsible for managing communications & courier costs, budget & allocations.
Manage all the courier facility internal or external and Maintain professional relationship with all vendors, landlords.
Ensure payments relating to purchases, premises rents, utility bills are processed in a timely manner for all offices and Responsible for all transport & travel arrangements.
Compliance, Audit & Liasoning with Government organization.

Desired Profile

B.E / B.Tech is mandatory

7-10 Years of experience in Supervising of Administrative officers, housekeeping & Maintenance.
