Project Manager / Business Analyst - responsible to support telecom domain - OSS/BSS, CRM & Order fulfillment & provisioning process.
Desired Profile
Technical Bachelor or Masters Degree with 8 - 12 years experience in telecom domain
Working experience in Enterprise data services like L2/L3 VPN, IP/MPLS, TFS, IPPBX, NPLC, IPLC, Internet Services, DSL, Copper/Non-Copper Services is a critical
Knowledge of customer management, order management or trouble ticketing is mandatory
Knowledge of order fulfilment system like OSM or OFS is a good to have
Knowledge of master data management (MDM), billing systems (RBM, BRM etc.) is advantageous
Working knowledge of integration concepts EAI, AIA etc.
