Ø Requirements elicitation and analysis
Ø Consultative & Solution oriented - Ability to propose design and development approach.
Ø Manage and lead project independently in the area of application development and maintenance.
Ø Take end to end responsibility for customer satisfaction, contract fulfillment and project profitability.
Ø Manage scope of the project during its execution including change requests.
Ø Communication with relevant stakeholders during the life cycle of the project
Ø Identify and manage risk during the project life cycle
Ø Ensure software engineering guidelines and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Ø Experience in project management using agile and scrum methodologies
Candidates with 10-12yrs of work
experience in total with 5-6yrs of experience in project management in
manufacturing domain is desirable
