Prospecting
– Identify, qualify, quantify & prioritise key opportunities for
growth of the Client’s business in Hospitals and Nursing homes
Responsible for detailed business case and implementation as a strategic project
Strategic Project Implementation
Develop and own strategic partnership with vendors, medical device
organisations, medical institutions and other stakeholder to accomplish
medical education programs / relevant strategic projects
Establish and maintain strong relationships/ partnerships with key
healthcare institution bodies in India i.e. Nursing home associations,
NHM and other relevant HCP bodies
Responsible for
cross-functional teams to conceptualise and oversee the program design
of the medical education for Health Care Professionals
End-to-end ownership on identification, onboarding and post-program
follow-up of the applicable/relevant healthcare institutions
Own the end-to-end execution of the approved medical education plan by
working very closely in the project structure with medical, marketing
and sales team across regions
Responsible for program implementation against the KPIs, milestones, Budgets and governance
Provide project status to leadership team and senior global stakeholders as relevant
Implementation of strong project management tools and methodology for
program implementation o Identify and map the relevant stakeholders
important for achieving India objectives
Network with relevant HCPs & HCOs to showcase and strengthen the efforts and position as a preferred healthcare partner
