Project Director - Commercial for a leading Real Estate Developer.
Role:
Heading development of commercial projects (office / co-working space) for the assigned region.
Managing P&L responsibility.
Responsible for the Project Development, due diligence and all pre-construction works, Coordination/managing design, Procurement, Statutory approvals & Technology.
Design management in coordination with internal design team.
Contracts & Procurement management in coordination with Internal procurement team
Coordination with Architects, consultants etc.,
Vendor management
Project Quality planning and control
EHS planning, coordination and ensuring compliance
Project Schedule planning & tracking
Project Cost planning & tracking
Engineering Graduate in Civil + MBA with 20 - 25 years experience in managing large commercial projects - office space / co-working space.
Prefer candidates who are currently drawing between 50L - 70L
