This role will be responsible for the establishing, scaling and growth of Data & Digital areas in Retirement Services (RS) & Employee Benefits (EB) Technology Services & Solutions business. The role will be accountable for building capability, delivery with high quality and meeting financial goals.
Experience in leading delivery / programs management involving multiple technology stack covering Data, Digital areas in a global delivery model using Agile and other delivery models for US Retirement Services & Employee Benefits industry.
Experience in realizing data based digital transformation program(s).
Accountable for delivering quality, cost-effective solutions & services that meet or exceed defined service levels, leveraging innovative approaches & technology.
Strong people management, program governance.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Track record of strong program management for large program organization.
