Should have good exposure in handling the payroll of more than 1500+employees
Should be aware of the statutory compliance of more than 2 states
Should have strong exposure in Excel and Minimum wages act
Should be BTech/BCom/MBA having minimum 3+yrs of experience in Indian payroll
Should be preferably from Non IT Industry
