Job Description

Job Profile:

- Handling operations for West zone.

- Extensive experience in managing the entire gamut of Operation & Maintenance, Facility Management with the procurement of operational and maintenance inventory on behalf of the client.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities; conceptualizing and effectuating measures/modifications in the operating procedures to optimize resources and manpower utilization.

- Playing a key role in devising and implementing strategies that streamline organizational deliverables and fostered an environment for increased business and reduced operational costs.

- Expertise in managing complete facility management including Operation & Maintenance.


Desired Profile


- An engineering graduate with 15+ years of facility management experience in large & luxury properties.

- Expert in integrated facility management operations & maintenance, customer management skills and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of operations and hands-on experience.

- Experienced in managing large teams.
