  • Interested and passionate about social sector 
  • Experience in social sector will be an added advantage though not mandatory
  • Strong overall management and people management skills
  • Ability to manage team members spread across India remotely
  • Willing to travel ; job role will have 50% travel
  • Ability to plan and organize programs across India
  • Hindi is a must ; ability to speak in one or two of the south Indian languages is required
