Strategic & Operational Brand Management
· Ensure top line and profitability
· Manage cost for portfolios handled
· Promotion of the brand
· Plan and develop marketing strategies

Prelaunch Plans
· Initiate and execute activities for prelaunch plans
· Comply with regulatory requirements
Sales Review
· Rreview sales performance and cost parameters, identify areas of improvement and provide feedback through monthly review meetings, visit strategic markets, decide on sales process improvement initiatives, seek support from other function heads to finalize competitive strategies, lead quarterly meetings with field staff IN ORDER TO ensure achievement of sales targets.
· Field coordination in achieving the sales budgets & Regular field work in building rapport with KOLs and involving them in various market expansion activities.
· To maintain the sales to cost ratio mainly on promotional spent.
· Developing and nurturing key opinion leaders pool for the brand
· Sales and market share of the brand
· Field communication, feedback and correction.
· Engage key stakeholders
Education requirements
B-Pharm/Science graduate with Masters in Business Administration / Post graduate diploma in marketing or Pharmaceutical Management
Work experience
Minimum 2 years as Senior Product Manager, 6-7 years of pharmaceutical Marketing/ Product Management experience and minimum of 2 years of experience in NN.
