1) Identifying and capturing growth opportunities
- New Customer mining
- Achieve targeted Revenue and Gross Profit.
- Support in Collection
- Develops Business plans for given geography
- Connect with CXO level to present Company capabilities
- Develops deep understanding of current and future customer needs
- Identify new ways of adding value to Customers
2) Maintaining customer relationships
- Manage contract renewal and stakeholder relationships
- Reviews account performance regularly and suggest interventions to improve
service delivery/profitability
3) Other responsibilities
- Regular interactions with Logistic Engineering and operations head to get
updates on status of current business and to improve the satisfaction of
customers
- Assist in solution design and RFQ response process.
1) Graduate with management degree with at least 5 yrs of exp in sales and having 3PL exp will be preferred.
2) Exposure to auto industry will be added advantage.
