Job Description

Drive Online Renewal collection for due base customer and creating awareness on online payments among the sales

           Partnering with Renewal and Persistency team on devising strategies to increase online renewal collection

·         Partnering with sales training and sales support on creating awareness for collecting payment online, benefits of online payment, various payment methods available

·         Conceptualize, design and implementation of online renewal collection campaigns across the policy life stages

·         Creation of SMS, Email (both promotional and transaction in nature), voice blasts, letters for the campaign

·         Dashboard and analytics of the campaign run. To deduce what work what did not work and publish


Desired Profile

Should be from Life insurance Company handled renewal and Persistency

Experience 5 - 10 Years
CTC - 900 - 1000K per Annum in
Nationality Indian
