Job Description
Responsible for handling teams in an operations of an integrated (calls/emails/complaints) contact center for enterprise wireline products for Priority customers
Handling and delivering of the contact center telecom projects.
Responsible for planning & execution of the day to day operational parameters.
Desired Profile
Minimum 6+ years experience, out of which 3+ years in a supervisory level with experience in customer contact center and complaint management.
Experience in handling enterprise wireline products.
