Job Description

  • Responsible for handling teams in an operations of an integrated (calls/emails/complaints) contact center for enterprise wireline products for Priority customers
  • Handling and delivering of the contact center telecom projects.
  • Responsible for planning & execution of the day to day operational parameters.

Desired Profile

  • Minimum 6+ years experience, out of which 3+ years in a supervisory level with experience in customer contact center and complaint management.
  •  Experience in handling enterprise wireline products.

Experience 6 - 10 Years
CTC - 1200 - 1400K per Annum in
Nationality Indian
