Role : - Preparation and implementation of Compensation strategy. - Design and implementation of Annual bonus plans - Rollout of increments in accordance with the compensation strategy - C&B bench marking, MIS, Audits - Create Salary Bands, Fitments guidelines based on job roles, skills, experience bands, etc. - Payroll inputs, compensation budgets etc

Qualification MBA/PGDM
