•          Development of Email, SMS and Print templates.
  
•          Management of jobs in HP Exstream
  
•          Integration with multiple databases for accessing source data
  
•          Manage multiple templates and deliver changes to the templates as needed
  
•         Understanding of CCM architecture
  
•         Technical Qualification and Hands on experience in Installation, Upgradation and Configuration of              Exstream software.
  
•          Understanding of Command Center and Delivery Manager APIs
  
•          Installation and Configuration of Remote Collaboration (helps in providing control to Content-Experts          in Marketing)
  
•          Development and fulfillment of documents in HP Exstream Interactive (Live Editor and Empower                Editor)
  
•         System-to-system Integration over the web (HTTP w/ SOAP or REST) for on-demand exchange of              communications.
