• Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements, viz., P&L account, Balance Sheet.
• Compiling and analyzing MIS on expense sheets and analyzing profitability position.
• Establishing documented systems, policies, desk manuals and procedures in finance and accounts, and establishing and implementing accounting and internal controls
• Formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and recommending / taking corrective actions
• Handling various service tax matters such as registrations, filing of returns and refunds
