• Expansion of SME customer base through promotional activities (such as demos
and in-campus/in-company presentations)
• Managing the budget to target and acquire SME customers
• Achieve sales target for all voice products (Postpaid / Prepaid), VAS and business
solutions (incl. Data, handsets etc.) to SMEs
• Monitor sales performance (incl. key order conversions, open calls status) on
an ongoing basis towards achievement of targets by FOS
• Ensure pipeline buildup with “farming” existing accounts, potential
conversions and new prospects
