-Managing IT Infrastructure Operations of large organization spread across multiple locations.
-Drive internal and external service review meetings to measure performance, quality, processes and SLA committed by service provider and internal team.
-Experienced Service Management professional with good knowledge of ITIL processes
-Service Management in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident
-Certification: ITIL, Prince 2, any other equivalent. Certification in IT services and technologies will have priority.
