Responsible for partnering with varied functions on all HR matters, manage delivery and implementation of all HR processes.
Champion employee advocacy and operate as a single point of contact for guidance and advice to employees
on all HR policy/processes.
Responsible for managing all employee relations matters, including conflict resolution.
Analyse HR trends for business units and suggest feasible solutions.
Own the retention and enable the development of employees.
Ensure adherence to all HR processes and manage HR operational excellence.
Work closely with Analytics team for information sharing, analytics, review and reporting of HR dashboards and
scorecards.
MBA in HR with 5+ years of experience in HRBP / Generalist and experience in recruitment from Pharma / Healthcare industry.
