Responsible for handling HR and Administration activities.
Operational HR & Administration –Time-management, disciplinary issues, record-keeping, Recruitment, conflict resolution, employment clearances
Maintain good relations with Oman Governmental departments – Manpower, Immigration, ROP, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce etc
Identifying human resources & administrative issues and areas of improvements, making recommendations for achievement of organizational objectives
Ensure timely registration & renewal of company licenses with various government ministries
Able to assist and support the inter-departmental Teams
Desired Profile: 8+ years experience in Human Resource & Admin activities.
Omani nationals preferred.
