Independently prepare and oversee various management reporting to the Senior Management i.e., company MIS, Distribution, Renewals etc.
Preparing and supporting Board Presentations
Work closely with Strategy and actuarial functions in preparing annual, five year plans etc
Cost benefit analysis and tracking of benefits for approved projects
Closely working with Financial Accounting and actuarial team to explain financial performance and analyze results
Engage with key stakeholders and support performance review discussions
Support in Cost Management
Timely delivery under high pressure situationsCA/MBA from a premiere institute 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis role. Prefer candidates from Insurance.
