for setting up e-Commerce Channel through a mix of self-managed telesales
outbound, key partnerships and web aggregators. To leverage internet and mobile
media to meet its ecommerce objectives.
1. Drive Topline by selling key life insurance products like Term and Ulips using online channels including but not limited to Corporate Website, Social Media, Web Aggregators and Fintech.
2. Drive revenue by running a highly efficient tele-assist conversion model.
3. Cross-sell online only products to existing customers through digital channels.
4. Develop new partnerships with Fintech and other new-age businesses that offer future new business growth potential.
5. Develop and maintain partnerships with web aggregators and drive max share of business through them.
6. Transform the Corporate Website into a full-fledged transaction oriented destination in life insurance.
7. Effectively use Analytics to study “online customer behavior” and use the learnings to enhance online business.
Min 5 years of work experience in Insurance with last 2 – 3 years in running Ecommerce for a large insurance company.
Experience in running ecommerce for Life Insurance will be preferred.
