Role:
o Partner with Key Business functions and provide them strategic & analytical inputs to help identify business opportunities as well as areas for operational / efficiency improvement.
o Partner with Sales Leadership for Sales Forecast modeling and variance analysis; Identify opportunities for Cross Sell; Agent Productivity; New business development.
o Define best practices and solutions related to data science.
o Embed predictive intelligence in functional processes.
o Raise the bar in strategic decision making through data driven decisions.
o Demonstrate ROI and impact of analytical models delivered.
o Liaison with Partners & distributors and implement analytics.
o Story narration using data and visual analytics.
Desired Profile:
• Post Graduate with 8-12 years with 7+ years of analytical domain experience.
• Exposure to BFSI industry & Shared Services set up, KPO, IT companies serving BFSI clients.
• SAS, R, Python and other Business analytical tools knowledge.
